I was really having a tough time tracking down the cord I required for the register I was purchasing. I made a call, and the gentleman who handled our previous order picked up. He was super patient and really knew his stuff. The replacement register was something I urgently needed, and he got it ordered in no time, plus the delivery was speedy too. I just wish the cord had arrived on the same day as the register, but other than that, fantastic service!

Fantastic support from POSGuys! Our organization was testing a few printers for prescription printing from our EMR system. The crew at POSGuys assisted us in figuring out the best model to purchase, and the ordering process was super straightforward. Sadly, neither of the printers we tried functioned properly. POSGuys collaborated with us to return both units. The return process was a breeze, and the communication with the POSGuys team was excellent. We're still looking into our next moves with Rx printers and will surely stick with POSGuys for any future requirements in this tech area.

The help I got from Arden was top-notch! He really guided me in picking out a cash drawer and a newer Epson receipt printer that fit our garden center needs, even verifying which Epson model would be the best match for our POS system. After the printer arrived, I contacted customer service to find out which communication cable I should buy. Although Arden was off that day, the rep I talked to was super helpful and helped me select the right cable for the printer.

Backing our products— you bet! Unless you're a pro at digging through heaps of manuals, just grab it from POSGuys.com. I thought I had everything I needed, but I overlooked that the item lacked an Ethernet card. The support team at POSGuys.com pointed me to the correct product and assisted me in getting it all set up. Kudos!
